About the Company:    
Our client, a leading Australian manufacturing company providing hygiene solutions to both commercial and industrial environments, are seeking a Hygiene Auditor to join their Queensland team
 
This is an ongoing full-time casual position and requires the successful candidate to be comfortable with regional travel around North Queensland (approximately 1 week/month). To assist with this, you will be provided with a company vehicle, mobile phone and iPad.

About the role:
Reporting to the Hygiene Area Manager, the Hygiene Auditor is responsible for executing the audit program across their assigned market segments. These services include completing the audit, recording insights, training and coaching our customers’ staff on best practice hygiene cleaning and carrying out basic preventative maintenance on dispensing equipment. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Executing the audit program in line with set KPI’s.
  • Ensure service is conducted in compliance with set requirements.
  • Build an operational relationship with customers to understand requirements, troubleshoot and make appropriate recommendations as required.
  • Work closely with Hygiene Area Manager and Audit Services Managers to understand the contractual/promised service offering to customers.
 
About you:
  • Current driver’s license with a clean driving history (mandatory).
  • Be willing to receive flu vaccinations (mandatory).
  • Must be comfortable completing a federal police check.
  • Experience in food safety is highly desirable.
  • High attention to detail and experience with basic tool use is an advantage
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Proven experience identifying and driving process improvements. 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
